How do I order?

Do you accept credit cards?
From Spring 2010 onwards, we will offer our clients the choice of making payment by major credit cards. At the present time, we accept only checks or cash.
How is the order shipped?
We use a variety of couriers depending upon the location of the client.
For clients in USA: Fed Ex, DHL, UPS
For clients in Pakistan: TCS
May I modify the design or style I like if I don’t wear sleeveless or short sleeves?
Yes. No additional charge, unless embroidery is desired on the long sleeves.
What if it doesn’t fit?
We try our best to ensure your order is made according to the exact measurements provided by you. The size chart provided on this site asks for important information: That’s the key. You will get the size you order.
Do you guarantee your products?
We inspect all orders before shipping them to ensure they meet all specification and our high quality standards.
What is your exchange or refund policy?
Clothes once ordered cannot be returned or exchanged.
What is your delivery time?
One month from date of deposit. However, bridals may take up to three months.
Do you allow a grace period for cancelling an order, say 24 hours?
No cancellations allowed after you pay the deposit.
How do I clean my outfit?
Dry clean only. Iron all heavily beaded outfits on the reverse side after covering the ironing board with a soft cloth, like a towel, to prevent damage to the fabric and the beading. Steam ironing is a better choice, if readily available. Also, do not spray perfume directly on your clothes as it may cause discoloration of the fabric and beading.
Will you redo the beading work if the beading falls off or if I am missing a few beads?
We try our best to ensure that your order is free of any defects before it is shipped out to you, but if your order arrives with missing beads, please call us and we will try to take care of it. We strongly suggest that you wear your garments with great care as they are very delicate.
Are your colors fast? Will they fade?
With proper care the colors will not fade. Do not expose any dyed fabric for prolonged period of time to direct sunlight.
Do you make outfits for girls?
Yes, for girls 5 years and up.
